We collect only what we need in order to answer you and run the spa:

  • Booking and enquiry details — your name, phone number, the treatment you are interested in and your preferred time, when you call or message us.
  • Communications — the content of calls, WhatsApp messages and emails you send us.
  • Usage data — anonymous information about how this website is used, such as pages viewed and the device and browser you used, collected through analytics.

We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or health records through this website. If a treatment requires us to know about a medical condition or injury, we ask about it in person.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and confirm your appointment.
  • To contact you about a booking you have made.
  • To understand how the website is used so we can improve it, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics and advertising tags such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. These set cookies that help us understand how visitors find and use the site, and whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may also set cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
